OUR PROCESS

Bond Street’s property identification process is based on a 3-phase strategy:

PHASE 1: Market Identification

Target markets are identified based on their ranking in the BSP City Index™ - A proprietary rating system, ranking the 250 largest cities in the United States based on key demographic, economic, and unique market factors specifically created by BSP.

PHASE 2: Market Delineation

After a rigorous evaluation process, qualifying markets are divided into specific submarkets, based on key zoning, geographic, and topographic data.

PHASE 3: MARTECH® Deployment

Once a submarket’s “Hyper-Gentrification” potential has been verified, we deploy our signature market analysis system – MARTECH® – to identify the best opportunities in the market and present them to our Investors in our one-of-a-kind, interactive, 3-Dimensional interface.
